Not a fan of eating at chain in the first place.... Could it be that Bonefish is part OSI RESTAURANT PARTNERS, LLC ??? even though we buy and trade stocks it is by far the yuckiest (is that a word?) food I have ever eaten. Can you say GARLIC to disguise the frozen fish/seafood! I have tried it 4 or 5 times and each time I have not felt well after my dinner. Holy Bang Bang mayo and breading, the last time I ate at Bonefish I had the Diablo Shrimp Fettuccine, it tasted like capers and garlic on pasta, they must have had ?? cup of capers and 10 cloves of garlic in the dish. WOW I swear I could taste it the following weekend. Nice atmosphere, good house wines, by the time we were seated on our last visit the waitress was drunk (at least she had a good time), go figure, one and a half to two hour waits for not so great food, will not be going back ever again.

we were a party of four............price was not an issue............the steaks were so small that I asked my guest if that was a size they ordered......I was paying and they were my guest and I was concerend that they were unhappy......the waitress overheard me ask THEM if it was what they ordered and she got huffy with me............I said to her that I was concerned about the small size of the steaks and was asking if they had in fact ordered small steaks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,they had not...........never once did I include the waitress in my conversation with them............she took it upon herself to call the manager over to my table.......she was very upset...the manager asked about the problem and I said that she was overreacting and we never spoke to her ...........they sent over another waitress and we stayed for our dinner...........never to go back........we live at Longboat Key Club in the winter and we are very happy to pass the Chart House on our way to better places with nicer food such as Flemings.......the steaks were small........and I was not complaining to her or anyone else...........it was table conversation and she and all should have stayed out of it.....we certainly didn't need to see a manager...we have had bad restaurant experiences before in our lives..........this was just another....

Crab & Fin Restaurant

We had reservations at 7:00 and arrived promptly at 7:00. We inquired about outside seating and were told to go out and select ANY table. We did, and after a short wait, a person (I assume a Manager) came up to us and told us we could NOT sit at that table. The table was reserved for people that pay $200/year for special seating. I asked this rude person how we would have known that fact. After being asked to leave, it was embarrassing in front of other diners sitting around. It completely ruined our dining experience at this BELOW AVERAGE restaurant. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and will NEVER return. The food was POOR? the service was BELOW average and the VERY RUDE manager needs to find other work that does not have to deal with the public. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Der Dutchman Restaurant

We ate there 3 times while on vacation and really enjoyed it. The food is excellent, the service fantastic and it is exceptionally clean. I would definitely eat there again the next we are in the Sarasota area! We have recommended it to others who also enjoyed dining there.
